Bitter Mango

If you want something light, sweet, refreshing, with a hint of bitter complexity - also you're craving mango - then this is the one for you!

Place all mango and lime juices into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled, and strain into coup glass. Pour chilled Aporal over the bar of a bar spoon into the glass - it should fall below the mango/lime mixture creating a beautiful sunset effect. Sip and enjoy!
