Chartreuse Swizzle
Description
Originally the Chartreuse Swizzle now often referred to as the Green Swizzle since… Well, no one can get Green Chartreuse these days. We recommend Harloon Genepe or Cloosterbitter instead. It makes a refreshing, herbal summer drink.

Additional steps & variations
Shake only Chartreuse, pineapple juice, lime juice, velvet falernum and grapefruit juice. Shake and strain into highball glass. In a small shot cup shake 2-3 dashes of angostura bitters, then slowly pour these bitters over the backside of a bar spoon placed over your drink to create a “Float” meaning the dark angostura bitters sit on top of the green drink below. Finally, add a sprig of mint, and grated nutmeg on top. It's a lot of garnish work, but it adds to the aromatic, taste and visual sensation of the drink.
