Guava Rose

The Guava Rose cocktail, a delightful creation by mixologist Junior Merino, blends the tropical essence of guava with the delicate floral notes of rose, and cachaça resulting in a refreshingly exotic libation. While the original is blended, we opted for a vigorous shake and strain for this version, to keep the cachaça from being too watered down.

Shake the mixing ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously until very chilled, and strain into coup glass - let any small ice crystals into the glass as well.
