Description
While booby bird traditionaly keeps to the ocean, this Jungle Booby, a tequila-based riff on the Jungle Bird tiki cocktail, clearly loves the jungle as much as my bar top after work.

- 1 part Blanco Tequila
- 0.5 parts Mezcal
- 0.5 parts Campari
- 0.5 parts orgeat
- 1 part fresh lime juice
- 0.5 parts fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 part Pineapple Juice
- 2 dashes Absinthe

Shaken
Shake the mixing ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Additional steps & variations
shake and strain into rocks glass with fresh ice, garnish with lime or grapefruit or pinapple slice.
