- 1.25 parts Strawberry Gin
- 2 parts Lychee Juice
- 0.5 parts Almond Orgeat
- 0.75 parts Lime Juice

Shaken
Shake the mixing ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Additional steps & variations
shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh lychee if you’ve got one.
Ingrediant Notes: If you can, high quality canned Lychee juice from asain markets works great, but you can also juice fresh lychees if you want to be extra. And for Strawberry gin nothing beats Japanese Awayuki. You don;t have to use Strawberry gin, but it brings out the Lychee nicely.
