Developed by bar consultant Colin Stevens, and tweaked here, this version of the Singapura highlights the gentle, nutty aroma of pandan for a fresh twist on the original.

- 1.5 parts Citrus-Forward Gin
- 0.5 parts Maraschino Liqueur
- 0.5 parts Kota Pandan Liqueur
- 0.75 parts Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 parts Lime Juice
- 0.5 parts Fresh Orange Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions
Shaken
Shake the mixing ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Additional steps & variations
Shake well until chilled, then strain over a fresh ice cube in a tall glass. Garnish with a pandan leaf and/or a Maraschino cherry.
