- 2 parts Tequila
- 1 part Cilantro, Basil, Mint Simple Syrup
- 0.75 parts Lime Juice
- 1 piece Jalapeño wheel
- As needed Soda Water · top-up

Place all ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker with ice (leave out Jalapeño if you don't like the spice), shake well, and strain into a small highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top it off with soda water and garnish with a freshly cut jalepeno wheel & cilantro.
